Each week has one core video. Watch it once through, then come back for the prompts when you’re ready.
2) Use the workbook (lightly)
Pick one page or one exercise. Progress beats perfection—especially for an ADHD brain.
3) Come to the call + ask for coaching
Bring one real-life situation. The more specific you are, the more helpful the coaching will be.

Weekly Coaching Calls
Calls are where we turn insight into action. Come as you are—camera on or off, messy or motivated.
How to prepare (5 minutes)
  1. Skim the emailed materials (or open them in the vault).
  2. Write down one situation you want coaching on.
  3. Bring one question: “What should I do next?”
