- Reducing barriers: keeping shelf-stable, “no-cook” options visible, easier food options that nourish, ideas for managing food with medication.
- Decision support: building a short list of repeat meals; “if/then” plans for low-energy days, food combinations that help focus and energy.
- Sensory-friendly approaches: texture/temperature swaps, low-odor options, sound considerations, how food choices impact regulation.
- Nervous system-aware skills: noticing stress cues, gentle regulation supports, planning around transitions.
- Functional setups: snack stations, “grab-and-go” bins, batch-prep that doesn’t require an all-day weekend, gentle structure to avoid accidentally skip meals.

I'm passionate about helping adults with ADHD build a better relationship with their food, brains, and bodies. In this program, we’ll focus on food through an ADHD lens: executive functioning, emotional regulation, interoception, medication strategy, sleep, and the realities of your busy life. You’ll get practical tools and compassionate support so nourishing yourself becomes more doable, more peaceful, and shame free.
Note: This program is coaching and education, not medical or nutrition therapy. You’ll always be encouraged to work with your healthcare team for medical and dietary needs.
