What We Are

And What We're Not

This group is a collaborative and compassionate- designed to make eating and nourishment feel more doable (without rigid plans or shame-based “motivation”). We focus on working with your brain and making practical changes you can live with so nourishing yourself isn't so complicated.

Our group isn’t:

  • A diet plan, meal plan, or a tracking program.
  • A place where you’ll be told how to eat or what foods are “good” vs. “bad.”
  • A program where your individual preferences and needs will be overlooked
  • Rigid food rules, tracking requirements, or “perfect” compliance expectations.
  • “Try harder” coaching, willpower lectures, or blame when things don’t fit.
  • A one-size-fits-all solution (your body us unique- and so is your nervous system, sensory profile, schedule, and energy budget).

Our group is:

  • A supportive space that simplifies eating and nourishment to fit your life.
  • Help with routines, tools, and habits that make food easier and less stressful.
  • Practical, low-friction systems: “good enough” meals, low effort snacks, foods on rotation and realistic grocery plans.
  • Education about your sensory differences, sleep, and nervous system needs—and how they affect appetite, decision fatigue, and consistency.
  • A place to troubleshoot with curiosity: what’s getting in the way, what supports help, and what small changes create momentum.

What that might look like:

  • Reducing barriers: keeping shelf-stable, “no-cook” options visible, easier food options that nourish, ideas for managing food with medication.
  • Decision support: building a short list of repeat meals; “if/then” plans for low-energy days, food combinations that help focus and energy.
  • Sensory-friendly approaches: texture/temperature swaps, low-odor options, sound considerations, how food choices impact regulation.
  • Nervous system-aware skills: noticing stress cues, gentle regulation supports, planning around transitions.
  • Functional setups: snack stations, “grab-and-go” bins, batch-prep that doesn’t require an all-day weekend, gentle structure to avoid accidentally skip meals.

It's not about rules, it’s building supports that make nourishing yourself easier, more accessible, and less draining!

Our group isn’t:

  • Rigid rules, perfection expectations, or required tracking.

You’re in the right place. We’ll replace shame and “shoulds” with practical strategies, compassionate accountability, and tools you can use on your hardest days.
✔ You forget to eat—until you’re shaky, irritable, or suddenly ravenous.
We’ll set up simple supports so you can get fed without relying on memory or motivation.
✔ Medication affects your appetite and you’re not sure what to do.
We’ll build flexible options for low-appetite days and help with strategies for fueling your body.
✔ Food decisions feel like a full-time job (planning, shopping, cooking, cleanup).
We’ll simplify with templates, shortcuts, and “good enough” systems.
✔ Stress, emotions, or burnout hijack your eating—then shame shows up.
We’ll practice regulation tools and compassionate “reset” options.
✔ Hunger/fullness cues are easy to miss—or arrive too late.
We’ll use external cues and easy check-ins that don’t depend on “feeling it.”
✔ Sleep is off, routines are iffy, and food feels like another thing you “can’t keep up with.”
We’ll build “low-energy” options and plan for real-life challenges.
Yes—This Is Me. I Want In.
