I'm a professionally trained ADHD and Executive Function coach with over 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals—first as an occupational therapist, and now as a coach. But my understanding of ADHD goes far beyond the professional.
The most valuable thing I bring to my clients is mypersonalexperience.
As someone with ADHD (and a parent of children with ADHD), I deeply understand how it can affect every area of life—relationships, parenting, education, career, finances, self-care, and especially self-esteem and self-trust.
I know what it’s like to try all the “right” strategies and still feel stuck. I’ve been there—and I finally found a way forward that actually worked for my brain— I can help you do the same.
I bring this understanding along with curiosity,
compassion, and humor to the work I do.

My Approach
Working with me is a collaborative process—supportive, strategic, and tailored to howyourbrain works. Here’s what you can expect:
I ask thoughtful, intentional questions—and really listen to your answers.
We’ll explore where you are now, where you want to go, and what might be getting in the way.
Together, we’ll come up with practical, doable steps you can take each week to move toward your goals.
Between sessions, you’ll have access to encouragement, accountability, and support when you need it most.
Each session includes time to reflect on your week—celebrating wins and approaching the tough spots with curiosity, not judgment.
You’ll start to understand the why behind the strategies we use—so they make sense, stick, and actually work for you.
By the time we wrap up, you’ll feel confident and equipped to keep the momentum going on your own.
