ASKED QUESTIONS
How do you pronounce your name?
It's pronounced like "Renee" with a D :)
What is your professional experience?
I'm a certified coach and worked as a pediatric occupational therapist for 20 years before pivoting to full time coaching.

Although I'm no longer offering occupational therapy services, my background has given me a unique perspective that help me break down areas of difficulty and adapt tasks/ environments with my clients.

Certifications
-Professional ADHD Coach Designation/  ACO (ADHD Coaches Organization)
-ADHD Rehabilitation Services Provider
-Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
-Occupational Therapist (Registered/ Licensed in Georgia)
What is your personal experience with ADHD?
My personal experience includes being diagnosed "later in life" with ADHD and parenting neurodivergent children. My own long (and often bumpy) journey of learning how to work with my brain has been a key part of my experience as a coach!

What do you specialize in/ areas of interest?
Perfectionism and harsh self talk are common strategies that many people with ADHD adopt to help them "stay on top" of life. I enjoy helping "recovering perfectionists" develop happier and healthier ways of relating to life (while still being able to get things done!)

Some of my areas of interest include:
  • executive functioning skills (our "get it done" skills)
  • emotional and attentional regulation
  • overwhelm and procrastination
  • sensory strategies
  • rejection sensitivity/ shame.

Who do you work with?
I specialize in supporting late-diagnosed women navigating ADHD. While much of my work is focused on this population, I welcome people of all genders and ages who connect with my approach and believe we would be a good fit. (A bit more my work with younger clients below).

This is a LGBTQIA+ welcoming space.

Adolescent clients
If you are a parent/ guardian seeking coaching for a younger client, I want to be open about the importance client "buy in" when it comes to coaching outcomes. I work with a small number of teens and young adults who are interested in coaching for themselves, not only because others believe it would be helpful.

Children
For grade school and middle school clients, I offer support though a family coaching model only. Both parents and children participate, but the focus of this model is to support and educate parents first, since this typically gives best outcomes.
How do you meet with clients?
At this time, I meet with clients virtually. Video and audio calls are available depending on your preference.
How do the calls work?
Frequency
I ask new clients to work with me weekly in the beginning (~ 6 weeks) so we can build a foundation and get some traction! After this, we'll have a discussion and decide what's next based on your needs.

Length of Calls
Calls typically last about 50 minutes.

Topic/ Focus
Week to week, you'll choose our topic/ agenda and that's what we'll focus on during our time. (It's 100% ok if you decide to change this topic, but I ask my clients to have an idea ready to direct our time if possible).

Most weeks, we'll discover some things during our call and put those ideas into a clear and simple plan of action.

Between Calls
I offer clients who want more support between calls text and email check ins throughout the week. We'll strategize about what this looks like- you'll have extra support if you need it!
What is the cost of coaching?
I list all of my current prices on my website here.

The cost for my group coaching program can be viewed on the waitlist form here.

If you're ready to move forward with coaching, but cost is an issue, please share this with me. I offer a limited amount of needs-based slots on my schedule and may have a spot available.
How long do clients typically work with you?
It depends!

I would say the majority of my clients work with me around 2-3 months, some are finished in less time and some decide to continue working together longer.
How does payment work?
For individual coaching, clients can buy a prepaid package or the month to month plan.

The month to month plan includes 4 sessions and renews monthly ( renewal is 30 days from original purchase).

*Month to month plans can be canceled any time.
