Everyone has an energy budget and if we "try harder" every time our motivation is low, we're going to tap out that budget early and have little to spend on the rest of our day.
This course teaches you how work with your brain when motivation is running low! We'll discover several different low motivation "bridges"- tools that will help you cross from low motivation to action without swimming through the current.
