course #1: Time Management (for the time challenged)

If there's one topic that comes up with nearly every coaching client I work with it's:  How can I organize/ manage my time? Before I learned how to work with my brain, every day I was just reacting to time demands! I felt flustered, frazzled, and disoriented most of the time.

I wanted things to be different, but I had no idea where to begin. I listened to well-meaning advice from the "time-wise" people in my life...but their advice didn't work for me! I found some approaches that did work for me and I share them with you in course #1!

Course #2: flexible habits are key!

If habits are hard for you, you're NOT alone! Most of us struggle with creating and maintaining habits because we're approaching habits in a way that works for others, a way that may be COMPLETELY WRONG for our brain types!

This course will cover a few important keys for creating (or breaking) habits when you have ADHD. NONE of those keys will  have anything to do with "working harder" or "having more will power", in fact, we'll discuss why relying on will power is a faulty strategy for 99.99% of us.

In this course, you'll learn an ADHD-friendly approach to habits that will allow you to build habits that you can actually live with!

Course #3: sensory strategies for adhd!

Course #4: ADHD & EATING

DAGYddFfuyU

Tools to help you nourish yourself!

Studies suggest that ADHD has a big impact on our relationship with food and that those with ADHD have a significantly higher risk of developing an eating disorder.

Even those of us who don't experience disordered eating may find it challenging to nourish ourselves consistently or have a peaceful relationship with food. This course will explore some of the factors that make our ADHD brains more vulnerable to challenges with eating/food and offer suggestions for what can we do about it.
