Get Out of "Research" Mode

Are you stuck in a cycle of ADHD research but not really seeing any changes?

Is it hard to know what to do with the dozens of  "tips and tricks" for ADHD that you've collected?  Our group was designed to take common (and not so common) strategies and help you understand how to use them in a way that is natural and actually sustainable!

You’ll learn a lot in our group— most importantly: how your brain works.

That insight creates a powerful ripple effect:

  • you’ll feel more confident
  • make changes that matter to you
  • follow through more consistently
  • and be able to count on yourself to show up!
While the resources in the group (courses, workbooks, and more) give you valuable tools, the real transformation happens when you take what you’ve learned and apply it to real life—messy, unpredictable, everyday life. Our group coaching calls help blend strategy with humor, compassion, and flexibility so you can do just that!

Benefit From Small Groups

Our groups are intentionally small- they have a maximum of 6 people. That's by design.

Groups this size allow us to build community, access more 1:1 support, and create true connections.

You’ll be learning and growing alongside others who are navigating similar challenges. The variety of perspectives, backgrounds, and tools shared in the group often leads to breakthroughs that wouldn’t happen alone.

...And Access Support After Our Group

Our group will help you build a strong foundation, but if you're interested in continued support after our group, you'll have options!

Group members receive a discount on one on one coaching and they can also participate in "alumni" group coaching calls (monthly support).

How many weeks is each group coaching session?
Our groups meet over a 12 week period. Coaching calls are offered 3 weeks out of the month.

One week each month is a "catch up" week. Your group will have the option to take that week off or meet during our regular time for a co-working/ body doubling session.

What time of the day are our live coaching calls?
The time of your coaching calls will depend on the group you choose:

- Evening Group: Mondays @ 6pm ET

- Late Morning Group: Weds @11am ET

What topics are covered in the group courses/ calls?
Topics Include:

  • Time Management
  • Habits
  • Executive Functioning Skills
  • Overwhelm and Stress Management
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Motivation
  • Working with Thoughts/ Beliefs
  • and More!

Some groups may cover additional topics based on the interest/ needs of our group.

What if I miss a call?
We understand that our members may have to miss an occasional call due to life- we're all adults juggling other commitments!

Coaching call replays will be available to you if you miss a live coaching call.

If you anticipate missing a large number of our group coaching calls, you may want to consider choosing a different day or session that better fits your schedule since the group calls are an important benefit of the program.

When are groups offered?
Groups are offered 2 times a year:

-Fall Session (Sept-Oct-Nov)

-Spring Session (Mar-April-May)

How does the waitlist work?
Putting your name on the waitlist helps us plan/determine the number of groups we can offer for each session.

When registration for a new group opens, we will first send an invitation to our waitlist members.

After the registration has been open to the waitlist members for a few days, we will open registration to the general public.

When does registration open?
By joining the waitlist, you'll be the first to learn about the next group program!

Below is an estimate for when the group registrations open:

Fall Session
*registration opens early-August*
group runs from Sept.-Nov.

Spring Session
*registration opens early-February*
 group runs from Mar-May.

Summer Session
*registration opens early May*
 group runs from June-Aug.

What is your refund policy?

Since our groups are intentionally small, registering reserves a limited spot that could have been offered to someone else. For this reason, refunds will not be offered for non-participation or a change of mind after enrolling.

If you’ve genuinely participated in the first three sessions and feel that the group isn’t a good fit for you, you may request a partial refund, minus the cost of sessions already attended and a small administrative fee.

Requests must be submitted in writing by the end of Week 3. After Week 3, no refunds will be issued.

This policy helps ensure a committed group environment while still providing a fair path forward if the program truly isn’t the right fit.
