Frequently asked questions
How small are the groups?
Each cohort is capped at 6 participants. This keeps the space supportive, personal, and coaching-focused (not lecture-style).
Is this therapy?
This is coaching, not therapy. We focus on skills, systems, and practical change. If you’re currently in therapy, coaching can be a powerful complement.
What if I miss a call?
No problem—replays are provided so you can catch up on your schedule. You’ll still have access to the resources and can bring questions to the next call.
When are groups offered?
Groups are offered 2 times a year. Join the waitlist so you're the first to know when registration opens!

What day/time are calls offered?
The time of your coaching calls will depend on the group you choose:

How many weeks does the group last?
Our groups meet over a 12 week period. Coaching calls are offered 3 weeks out of the month.
One week each month is a "catch up" week.
Members of the group will have the option to take that week off or to meet during our regular time for a co-working/ body doubling session.

*Each group is unique. Additional topics are often added based on the interest/ needs of your group!
How does the waitlist work?
When registration for a new group opens, we send an invitation to our waitlist members first. *Waitlist members will also receive a special discount when they register before general registration opens.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will not be offered for non-participation or a change of mind after enrolling. Since our groups are intentionally small, registering reserves a limited spot that could have been offered to someone else.
If after participating in the first three sessions you don't feel the group is the right fit for you, you may request a partial refund, minus the cost of sessions already attended and a small administrative fee.
Requests must be submitted in writing by the end of Week 3. After Week 3, no refunds will be issued.
This policy helps ensure a committed group environment while still providing a fair path forward if the program truly isn’t the right fit for you.
