Coaching That Works

With Your ADHD Brain

An 8 week group coaching program for adults with ADHD and executive function challenges. Personalized, practical tools. Real conversations. Zero shame.

⏰ Groups open  twice a year — don't miss this cohort

If You've Ever Thought…

You are not lazy. You are not broken. You are navigating a world that wasn't designed for your brain— and you don't have to do it alone.

"Why can't I just do the thing?"

You know what to do. You want to do it. But the gap between intention and action feels impossible to close.

"It has to be perfect."

Perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking keep you swinging between amazing days and NOT amazing days.

"I've tried every system."

Rigid productivity hacks weren't built for your brain. You need flexible systems you can actually trust.

The Program

A Different Kind of Coaching Space

Our group is different.

Our work together is grounded in practical, compassionate problem solving and it's not a "one size fits all" approach. We'll work together to build flexible personalized systems. You'll be able to get things done and learn to trust yourself- even if every day is different.

You don't have to think ADHD is your superpower and you also don't need to apologize for needing a different approach. Our group offers real strategies, honest conversations, and connection with a community that gets it.

What's Inside

Every week brings a fresh topic — so you can keep growing without ever feeling stuck in the same loop.

Wondering If This Group Is Right for You?

This group is designed to be supportive, practical, and realistic for ADHD brains. You do not need to be perfectly consistent, fully organized, or sure of yourself before you join.

Will I fit in if I'm overwhelmed or behind on everything?
Yes! Most people join because they are. They're overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of trying to force systems that don't work for them. You don't need to be "caught up" to begin. You're welcome exactly as you are and our group is designed to meet you there.
Is this group only for people with a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No formal diagnosis is required to join. If you experience ADHD-related executive function struggles and are looking for compassionate, practical coaching, this group may be the right fit.
What kind of support can I expect from the group itself?
You can expect encouragement, shared learning, and the comfort of being in a space with people who truly get it. Group members often find relief in realizing they are not the only ones dealing with similar challenges.
What's the difference between this and a class or course?
If you get excited about new ideas but have a hard time putting them into practice, this group is for you! This is not just information delivery. Our groups help you put ideas into action with live coaching, a private group forum, and support from others who deal with the same things. You're not doing this alone!

What if I have tried planners, routines, or other programs before and they did not stick?
That's incredibly common for most adults with ADHD. Our group is not about forcing rigid systems or blaming you when something stops working. It's about finding supportive, flexible strategies that fit your real life and your brain!
What if I struggle with follow-through or miss things sometimes?
That is part of the reality for us, and this space is created with that in mind. The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress, self-understanding, and building tools that help you come back without shame.
Is this helpful if my ADHD shows up more as burnout, shutdown, or mental clutter?
Yes. ADHD does not always look hyperactive on the outside. Many adults experience overwhelm, decision fatigue, procrastination, emotional exhaustion, and constant mental "noise". This group is designed to support those experiences too.
Will I be expected to share personal details in every session?
No. You can participate at a level that feels comfortable for you. Some people share openly, while others listen, reflect, and speak up when they're ready. You're not required to perform or explain yourself to belong here.
What's included in the group program?
You will get ADHD-friendly video lessons, weekly live coaching calls, practical handouts and tools, and access to a community space for connection and support between calls. If you want to dig deeper on a topic, you'll also have the option to schedule 1:1 coaching calls for a discounted rate. The program is designed to help you build clarity, confidence, and realistic systems you can keep using after our program ends.

Can this group help if I often feel ashamed or frustrated with myself?
Yes! Many adults with ADHD carry a lot of self-criticism after years of feeling misunderstood or inconsistent. A big part of this work is learning to replace shame with compassion, clarity, and more flexible, realistic support.
What happens when the group is over?
After the 8 weeks, you'll have the option to continue with ongoing low-cost coaching support so you can keep practicing what you learned, stay connected, and get support as new challenges come up.

Want ongoing support after the 8 weeks?
You’ll have the option to continue in a low-cost coaching support group after the program ends—so you can keep practicing, problem solving, and staying connected.
This is perfect if you want gentle accountability and a place to troubleshoot as life evolves.
