MY personal background
My path hasn't been linear (or always pretty). As a later in life diagnosed adult and parent of kids with ADHD, I know what it's like to:
- try dozens of tools and have none of them stick.
- feel completely overwhelmed by a things to do list.
- show up and kill it one day... but then barely be able to make it through the next.
- struggle to make decisions+ prioritize.
- have a 100 amazing ideas but not make even one happen.
- be SO excited about a new start, just to fizzle out in a few days or weeks.
- feel ashamed about all of the above.
I've struggled with most of the topics my clients bring to coaching, but I finally learned how to work with my brain to get things done & trust myself. And the best part is it's an approach I'm actually able to stick with.
I can help you do the same.
Why I do this work
Because "just try harder" didn't work for me, either.
It turns out the answer wasn't to work harder. It was gaining a deeper understanding of my brain and using that knowledge to work differently.
