Every 4–6 weeks, I like to pause for a quick check-in. It helps me understand what’s working well, what could be more helpful, and what feels most important to focus on next.

Coaching Reflection

Take a few moments to reflect on what’s been working, what still feels challenging, and what you’d like to focus on next.
What feels like it’s gotten easier/ more doable since we started working together?
What’s something you’re proud of—even if it’s a work in progress?
What’s something that hasn’t changed as much as you hoped ?
Are there strategies we’ve used that haven’t felt helpful or don’t fit your style?
Is there anything you'd like more or less of in our sessions? (e.g., structure, brainstorming, accountability, reflection time)
What’s one thing you’d love to make progress on in the next few weeks?
I consider my clients the experts on recognizing when our work is complete. As you reflect on your progress, how will you know when it's the right time to conclude our coaching work? How close do you feel to that point?
