Every 4-6 Weeks
I like to pause every month or so for a quick coaching check-in. This helps me learn what’s working for you, what could be better, and where you’d like to head next. 

If possible, please complete this form before we meet for our next session.  We'll dedicate a few minutes of our next call to talk about your answers.

I trust that my clients are the experts on recognizing when our work is complete. As you reflect on your progress, how will you know when it's the right time to conclude our coaching work? How close do you feel to that point?
