how to maximize your membership

1. Download App

You can log in to our community in 3 ways:

#1 -through the Attract Well App (*recommended: see links to download for Apple and Android below)
#2- under the "Members Area" section of my website: www.theadhdclaritycoach.com. (When signing in, you'll use the email and password you used when completing payment).
#3- With the link included in your welcome email

I recommend you download the Attract Well app so you have an easy and low friction way to access all parts of the Embrace Your Brain Membership! You can download for Apple devices here and for Android devices here.

2. Our Coaching Calls

Our coaching calls are held on the first Monday of the month @ 6pm ET (Put this recurring meeting in your calendar so you don't miss our call!)
I'll send an invitation the week before our call and another reminder the day before our call.
Your call link will be emailed to you after you RSVP to this invitation !

4. Watch Replays

If you're not able to make a live call, you can still watch the replay!
There will be an "opt in" button on your invitation, click this if you want the replay emailed to you

5. Coaching Content

There is coaching content for ALL learning styles in the membership!
Our content includes: full courses, super short videos, podcast episodes, workbooks, pdfs and more!
There are "easter eggs" hidden in the courses: fun bonuses that you have to find as you go!
New material is added frequently ( I'll send out emails to let you know when I've added something new!)

6. Connect with Our Community

You are not alone! Our group forum is a place where you can connect with others who get it! It's your place to ask questions, share ideas, give/receive support with and join coaching challenges.
