Your month to month plan will automatically renew on the same date each month (date of your original purchase). This plan allows you to cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel coaching part way through a month and still have sessions left, you can request a refund for unused sessions. All refunds will be subject to a 5% credit card/ administrative processing fee.

If you've purchased a coaching package but decide to discontinue coaching, refunds for unused sessions are possible.  

Packages that are partially refunded are not eligible for package discounts and will be adjusted accordingly. The package price will be determined based on the "base" month to month rates at the time of your package purchase.

In addition, a 5% credit card/admin processing fee will be deducted from any refunded sessions.
